5 Benefits of a Home Yoga Practice

Although I will always attend group yoga classes as part of my practice, I can’t make it to a yoga class every day.  That is where my home practice comes in.  There are so many benefits to having a home practice that makes it worth serious consideration.

My latest piece up at Lucy Activewear is all about a yoga home practice.  I share 5 of the many benefits of a home practice.  I hope it will inspire you to get out your mat at home and begin receiving all the benefits a home yoga practice can provide! You can read the full article here.

    I like Hope’s point about
    the possibility of taking my
yoga practice with me after Class, into my home,
    and my daily activities.
    Although, I’m not ready for
    The grocery checkout line
    Quite yet.😊 John

It gives us a peace of mind that helps us have a much better perception about our lives.
